1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the Cozyn online store and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

2. Who we are

Cozyn is an online-only retailer of desk accessories and workspace tools, selling to customers in the United States. You can reach us at contact@cozyn.store.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its dimensions, material and piece count. Photographs are of the product as sold. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and handmade or natural-material items such as wood carry normal variation in grain and tone. Dimensions are given to a tolerance of approximately 1-2 cm where the manufacturer states one.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees; standard shipping is free and paid express is offered at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Where a compare-at price is shown, it is the previous or recommended selling price for that item.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product has been listed at a clearly incorrect price, or where we cannot verify the billing or delivery details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission. Product photographs and page copy are ours or licensed to us.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Tools and safe use

Hand tools sold here are for ordinary domestic and light workshop use. Use eye protection where appropriate, use each tool for its intended purpose, and keep tools away from children. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse.
